With the continuous progress of China’s economic strength, the domestic highwayconstruction has entered a peak period, and loans to build roads, loan fees,"this policyprovides support for large-scale construction of the highway. However, due to the unitowners, various financing channels are not the same, resulting in more than onemainline toll stations on the main line of a highway may appear, this phenomenon is notonly not easy to manage, more cause drivers times parking fee. Therefore, the highwaynetwork toll collection system is in this case.This thesis first introduces the domestic and international toll road, Highway TollSystem Development Status and future trends, and a brief introduction to the coretechnology used in the system design process; through data collection, divided intofunctional a detailed analysis of demand and non-functional requirements of the system,on this basis, completed the design of the overall system framework, the conceptualmodel of the database design, a detailed analysis of each module functions, and putforward their own views.System design and implementation process, combined with the actual situation ofthe road network charges, starting from the driver’s point of view to consider the actualneeds, starting from the perspective of toll collectors consider safe and reliable. On thebasis of improving efficiency, but also improve system reliability, good value andsignificance.
