Customer Value Management is a kind of management conception. It takes final users, distributor partiers and bussinesser partiers as the most important resources of company. According to client analysis, we can make better client service plans to achieve clients’whole cycle value. CVM is a new flag of creating client based management mode. It aim to enhance the competitiveness and better the relationship between company and clients according to improve the management of clients’values.This thesis mainly introduces the whole design of Shenzhen Telecom’s CVM system from requestments design and realization process. At the beginning, we introduce the background of this program and why Shenzhen Telecom takes CVM system when facing the fiercer and fiercer market competitions. We start with system requestment to introduce the CVM system from module to module. The system use JDBC. SPRING and STRUTS2as the software framework, and the ORACLE database running on the minicomputer whit eight CPUs magages the system data.Now, the Shenzhen Telecom’s CVM has been put into use, and is has been updated and improved, it provides the accurate management and operation the company’s client value. The client data all been stored as reseau for analyzing and using, it can make the responsibility clearer and improve marketing efficiency.
