Based On B/s Architecture Of Jiujiang University Assets Management System Design And Implementation

In recently years, colleges and universities has been through reform likeamalgamation and expansion. With the increasing scale of universities, the range forassets management is more and more wide. How to supervise the assets distribution andusing of universities and each department should know the asset position by itself. Thetraditional manual model and single recording model can’t satisfy the need for dailyassets management of colleges. It needs an information-based assets managementsystem to improve the management of assets.Assets are the basic guarantee of commencing activities like teaching、researchingand management, they involve land、building、furniture and equipment, we shouldmanage and classify them according to their function and form. With the developmentof society, the method of assets management is improving, the earliest for assetsmanagement is manual recording, then is computer single recoding and now isinformation management. With the development of technique of network、informationand database, the assets management of universities is changing with reform.This dissertation systematic introduce how manager supervise the setting of second andthird class administration authority to make departments enter into operation ofwarehouse entry、transferring and scraping through equipment management system onthe basis of designing and application of B/S assets network management system ofJiujiang University. The system itself includes equipment inquiring、report printing、using trend analysis、public assets issuing, the networking assets management is achanging of assets management of colleges.The dissertation designs the assets management through ASP.NET, take SQL2000as background database. We design a assets management system which satisfy theactual needs of school according to assets management rules of Jiujiang University, itinvolves the functions of equipments registering、 changing、 inquiring、 scrapingapplying、financial auditing and reporting printing. It can provide suggestions ofdecision making on equipment purchasing and equipment sharing. The system has apositive effect on improving assets supervising and revitalizing asset, services for teaching and management.
