Based On B/s Model Research And Development Of New Management System

It is becoming increasingly procedural, network-based, standardized of the college work along with the further development of higher vocational college’s management system reformation and the popularity of the Internet. It is the inevitable trend of the times development with highly efficient work, but also an essential requirement for college management system reformation, so, it is an important infrastructure construction to establish a sound, good performance management system of college freshman for enhancing students management, improving information management and service level. College freshman’s management is the first step of student management, so it is the primary task of students’ data management to have a good job of freshmen’ data management.The college freshmen’ management system is a subsystem of the college management system, which is designed and achieved by using Browser/Server structure, with the functions to manage freshmen’ admission information and reporting data. Through installing, debugging and testing on the campus network, and by the analysis of the results of trial operation of this system, the functionality and performance of which can basically meet the requirements to freshmen’ management affairs of our college.There are five chapters to respectively expound the design ideas, principles and specific methods to achieve of college freshman’s management system’s in this paper.Chapter one-preface:It briefly introduces the motivation, application value to study the issue, as well as the overall organization of the paper.Chapter two-the basis of relevant technologies:It mainly expounds three-level structures of B/S, demonstrates the reasons why use B/S mode for development. At the same time, it introduces the ASP technology, ADO technology, UML technology, which are the theoretical basis to develop and analyze the system.Chapter three-system requirements analysis:It comprehensively introduces the status quo and demand analysis of college freshman’s management system, and makes an in-depth analysis and description of the system by using of the modeling language UML’s case diagram, timing diagram, activity diagram, collaboration diagram, which makes the design ideas more clearly.Chapter four-system design:It summarizes the whole design principles of this system, determines the choice of system platform, designs the functional structures of the system through the analysis of system requirements, finally, analyzes and introduces the system database.Chapter five-system implementation and testing:It focuses on the detailed design and realization of the system data’s backup and recovery, password modification, information management (including data entry, data modification, data deleting), tests the functions such as the system entry, information entry and modification, and expounds the system’s security.
