The system uses Struts+Hibernate+Spring framework, Java programming language, UML and the background uses SQL Server 2014 to design the system.Through research we know that the business about the freshmen orientation of Dezhou vocational technical institute is more extensive, including freshmen information management, custom orientation formalities, students report, allocation class, allocation quarters, registration data statistic, all business processes about the registration. From this, the basic services of freshmen registration of this college include student information management, registration order management, allocation class management, orientation formalities management, report query statistic and system management. Also, the system should support a variety of ways to report, such as:holding campus card, scanning registration order and handmade appearance, etc., and the three ways could be used alone as well as mixed. The main users of the system are leader, the teachers of each department or faculty, and students can log in to query their own personal registration information.The design and development of higher college freshmen registration management system is a major breakthrough in digital office for Dezhou vocational technical institute in recent years. This system will greatly assist the management of freshmen registration work, simplify past complicated orientation procedures, improve the overall efficiency of the orientation work. I believe this system will be able to make a significant contribution to the freshmen registration work for Dezhou vocational technical college and local institutions.
