Deformation monitoring information is the concentrated reflection of thedeformation of monitoring object, and is the important basis of safety monitoring.Deformation monitoring has the characteristics of wide coverage and large volumes ofdata, which include all kinds of original measurement data, various graph of p-t-s(load, time, settlement), statements, calculation results and so on. At present most ofpeople in China use the routine method to analyze and manage the deformationmonitoring data, scilicet, the artificial combine with computer technology. Theaccuracy of the method is restricted by human factors. And the process of monitoringis slow and spends a lot of material and human. And it’s also inconvenient to query,modify and save the data. In the deformation observation, the data source of theattribute information and deformation information is very complex, so it become thekey point that how to summary, analysis, forecast and draw maps with the data. In theprocess of deformation monitoring, we can manage and operate the deformationinformation of each monitoring point systematically by storing all of them into adatabase, and then draw the line charts of time-displacement and time-settlement ifyou need, which can directly reflect the monitoring process and deformation degree ofthe deformation points. In addition, it is necessary to establish a multi-functional,perspectives and object-oriented information platform during studying deformationmonitoring.This paper, taking the original monitoring data from deformation monitoring asbasic data, using C Sharp as programming language in the workbench of.net andcombining the technology of database and second development of ArcGIS, devise adeformation monitoring data management system, which can manage and modify thedate including the documentation, data, diagrams and image involved in deformationmonitoring. The deformation monitoring data management system devised in thispaper has the main function that managing the data and other information uniformly.After processing the data with the relevant software, we can appear the distortion ofmonitoring object with2D and3D visualization and draw the point distribution map, settlement line map and settlement three dimensional simulation diagram, which hascertain auxiliary function to master and analysis the whole deformation information ofthe monitoring object.
