Design And Implementation Of Data Acquisition System Test Platform

With the development of technology and socio-economy, the dataacquisition system has been more and more used in industrial tests.The requirement for data acquisition system testing is also increasing.This paper is for the subject of the test part of the data acquisitionsystem designed for sensor-based appliance test.Traditional data acquisition test platform, often consists of a largenumber of signal generators based on computer, data acquisition system.Not only increases the complexity of the system testing, extends thesoftware development cycle, but increases development costs.This paperdesigns a data acquisition system test platform based on ARM9and Linux.The test platform simulates data collection instruments, and transplantsthem into the ARM9and Linux platform supported with JVM, insteading ofthe real data acquisition device to test the data acquisition system. Thesystem design includes the hardware platform design and software platformdesign. Hardware platform selects ARM9embedded devices in order to takefull advantage of the the ARM9rich communication interfaces and theportability of embedded devices. In terms of hardware design, the paperspecific introduces system hardware ARM9platform and designs serialcommunication port. The test platform software emulator is written in JAVAlanguage to facilitate cross-platform port ability.In terms of softwaredesign, the paper describes the process of software simulation of dataacquisition equipment and customizes CVM for ARM9platform and simulatesthe serial port, network port acquisition equipment respectively. Finallyproposes a method that communicates with ARM9equipment on the Internetwithout knowing its IP and then modifies its IP. This is the innovationof this paper By the validation of the data collection part in the topic of basedon the sensor-based appliance test, the design of data acquisition systemtest platform in the paper perfectly test the data acquisition system.The test platform substitutes PC and a large number of collectioninstruments to test collecting system. The fact that the actual collectiondata of the acquisition system is consistent with the expected datafurther proves the test platform designed in the paper can meet the designrequirement.
