| Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is efficient in shallow geophysical exploration. When GPR is used in lossless detection of underground targets, it has uique characters. GPR performs well on fast-speed detection,high resolution, real-time image, protability, and GPR working condition is poor.Therefore we must solve the problem of the stability,reliability,low power consumption of GPR system and the large exactitude of data acquisition system with high speed.With the energetical extension of embedded systems which is based upon the advantages of functionality, reliability, cost,size and power consumption,the products of embedded systems have been applied in various fields.Taking into account the new requirements of GPR and the advantages of embedded systems,this paper puts forward a whole data acquisition system based on ARM9 Microcontroller,and introduces the implementation of the system.This article firstly summarizes the situation of GPR development at domestic and in abroad,and then has a detailed analysis and research on GPR theory and embedded systems,especially the microprocessor of ARM family.A project is given about S3C2440A based on the Data acquisition system.After analyzing the principle of each module,the paper completes the designs of PCB based on the principle of the hardware and the whole system.And then,the paper gives Boot-loader and the transplant method of the Linux system,which are developed implement of the device driver under Linux system.In the end of the paper, the conclusion is presented, in which includes proposed some views on the following work.The system performance is stable in the testing process.It's speed of data acquisition is 160MBPS and transmission is 6.67MByte/s,that satisfies the GPR requirements.This paper is benefit for promotion on GPR and general-purpose data acquisition system. |
