CDMA Wireless Network BSC Planning And Design For Shantou District

As the3G licences issued formally,the operator step up the pace of construction to the3G network.The transfer of telecom business mainly from the voice to the data, the mobile data’s services will gradually become a hotspot,the competition within telecommunications industry will be more competitive,the telecommunication CDMA network of Shantou will be faced with more opportunities and challenges,in order to get the preemptive opportunities in the expanded business market,the network’s capacity to CDMA wireless side must be advanced construction,which is to the benefit of fast cover sites, finally built a wireless network which full of network quality and business types.This paper based on the iders and target of China telecom CDMA’s network construction, combined with practical situation of shantou telecom engineering, detailed studying BSC expansion construction plan. It elaborates the foundation of wireless network design and analyzes the current situation and business demand of the CDMA network of Shantou Telecom so as to predict the users’ requirements, in accordance to which it carries on the research design of the construction of BSC, including the plan of establishment of BSC, the development scheme of maintenance center in wireless operating system, the development scheme of the direct-cut operation of DO in AN, the boundary set-up of BSC, the code scheme of wireless network, synchronization of wireless network, the plan of establishment of signaling link, and the cleft grafting scheme of BSC.This paper finally based on the construction situation of summarized, and forecast the later construction of the network’s construction.
