| The organic semiconductor devices, made of organic materials, having the advantage of low-cost, flexibility and preparation of large-area, material origin is widespread. Because of its can be widely used in organic thin-film transistors, organic photovoltaic cells, organic light-emitting diodes organic electronic devices, its has a very broad application prospect.We carried out based on C60-CuPc heteroj unction organic thin film transistor of preparation and research. This thesis studies the organic thin film deposition method, in order to prepare thin films of a higher order organic thin film transistor. Then the optimization of experiments, the device showed good performance. We successfully prepared a good CuPc/C60device performance of organic heterojunction thin-film transistors. And tested the differences between different film to make the analysis. Identified in the substrate temperature of423K, structure:glass/Al/SiNx/CuPc (20nm)/C60(40nm)/Al. prepared the device performance than the best. |
