Food safety was important for human survival, growth and development that was the conditions and guarantees which prevented disease and improving human health. It was the basic guarantee that strengthening food safety management, to ensure the food safety of ordinary people, for China’s reform and development, socio-economic development and building a harmonious society. The food quality information back system was a key link in the food safety mechanism. Achieving the traceability of food by the means of information was the inevitable trend of the food safety management. Implementing network regulation for pesticides, veterinary drugs, feed, farm machinery, pollution-free agricultural products and green food, constructing an unified market supervision information system, which of agricultural products and production, exploring and establishing the traceability system for quality and safety information of listed agricultural products and inputs, that was the requirements of national agricultural information system planning in the period of "Eleventh Five-Year"The Heilongjiang Province as China’s soybean production and export base, which was lack of informational soybean-back system, and soybean is extremely important for human health and life safety, it is the most important material to maintain human survival, growth and development. It is very necessary that to development Soybean quality information back system.This paper firstly collected and collated the successful experience and academic research of the traceability system, analyzed the characteristics of China’s food traceability system, determined the paper’s content and technology roadmap. Secondly, according to soybean production environment and the process of circulation, by.NET framework technology, designed the overall system architecture based on B/S architecture model, make professional soybean which provided intelligent expert system as a major professional data sources, and achieved data exchange between the server and the user by Information processing model.The paper linked.NET framework technologies and systems development needs, research the component technology, ASP.NET buffer technology, Message Digest5encryption technology, data organization technology, etc., propose solution, solved the key challenge of implementation of the system.The paper adopted coding method that subdivide city to block as unique origin identification for soybean, designed a traceable code of soybean quality information for the situation in Heilongjiang province, realized effectively and reliably the source and production safety of soybean. Finally, used VB、SQL、ACCESS database、multimedia technology Object-oriented programming ideas, achieved preliminarily the basic functions of the Soybean traceability system.The papers was in the on the basis of referencing and summarizing existing research results, designed soybean traceability system the overall architecture model, designed Traceability coding for soybean and soybean traceability information and data model, and proposed solutions of the key technologies which required to achieve soybean traceability system. Paper still have had some shortcomings. For example, the system should have a telephone, text messaging and other traceable query functions. But the key technologies used in the paper were a good reference for constructing other food traceability system. They can be applied to be extended to other food commodities and agricultural products, and finally formed one traceability network which covering the whole country, and even global. The information tracing system for the soybean can effectively reveal the soybean production and circulation information, break the trade technical barriers, enhance the international competitiveness of soybean, increase export opportunities, and become one of the trends of the soybean development of international trade. To a certain extent to solve the information asymmetry, make agricultural information technology to penetrate every aspect of social development, and promoting e-commerce developments.
