Design And Implementation Of 2D Barcode-Based Manufacturing Traceability System

In recent years,under the big background of economic globalization,China's electronic manufacturing industry has gradually shift from traditional extensive production management pattern to information pattern,more and more enterprises have more and more strong demand for informatization.Nowadays,the workshop production scale expands unceasingly,the production environment becomes increasingly complicated,so enterprises need more effective information management system to ensure efficient production,product quality and the improvement of economic benefits.In traditional electronic manufacturing enterprises,there are many problems that inhibit the development of enterprise,including the messy production workshop management,the various products,complex production process.In addition,production information mostly rely on traditional manual statistical methods,production report cannot realize real-time display and report data accuracy cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,the comprehensive traceability including material,technology,personnel,equipment and quality in the process of production has already gotten the favor and attention of enterprise management decision-makers.This paper mainly focused on how to use manufacturing traceability system in the modern electronics manufacturing,and enable it to make organic combination and close connection with the production process and provide scientific and effective solution for product traceability and quality traceability.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of the customized manufacturing traceability system in the electronic manufacturing enterprises.According to the common characteristics of electronic manufacturing industry,2D barcode based traceability system design scheme was proposed for the actual situation and business requirements of production and management of electronic manufacturing,based on the study of the manufacturing execution system(MES).System contains the only coded two-dimensional code on radium carve of the product surface,makes real-time acquisition of products' all sorts of production information in the manufacturing process and relevant quality data by informatization from the establishment of work order to production process,input and output of warehouse,rework and scrap to establish manufacturing traceability information database,and to analyze and process the collected data,providing enterprises with a variety of production Kanban and statements so that provide guarantee for the traceability of production.The manufacturing traceability system studied in this paper has been put into practical operation in the company for nearly a year,and the system operation has achieved the expected goal,and improved the production efficiency and product quality which brought good economic benefit for the enterprise.
