| Paper-making technique is one of China’s four great inventions, has a long history. With the increasing demand for paper quality, paper machine towards the development of high-speed, large-scale, efficient direction, which also put forward higher requirements for paper machine control system. The level of automation of China’s paper industry compared with foreign countries there is a big gap, so the paper machine control system of great significance to the development of China’s paper industry.First, the article made a presentation on the paper machine control system development in the world, and according to the paper papermaking process, summarize key points and the difficulties of the paper machine control system design. In response to constant tension control, load distribution control and speed synchronization control, this paper analyzes the control mechanism and control strategies respectively Next,the article introduces the ADRC algorithm, and builts a synchronous speed control system simulation model in the MATLAB SIMULINK toolbox to take The ADRC algorithm applied in synchronous speed control simulation model for simulation study. The simulation results show that:Application of ADRC algorithm speed chain control system in steady state performance, dynamic performance and anti disturbance performance is better than the traditional PID control effect.Then, this paper proposes a paper-making machine’s specific situation, designs a set of papermaking machine based on PLC automatic control system.System taking PLC as main controller,and through the inverter to realize the the motor speed control. Communication of the systems is divided into the field device level network and workshop control level network. According to the specific circumstances of each layer of network, which is used in PROFIBUS and MPI network. The system configuration flexibility, scalability, and stable and reliable performance.Finally, this paper makes a summary for the work, and forecasts the future development. |
