| Food security is an important issuea, which affects national livelihood and social stability. Each year because of humid climate or grain too late to dry, the loss of food is up to five percent, which values20billionyuan.Therefore,detecting grain moisture content and ensuring the quality of drying grain have very important economic and social significance. So how to detect grain moisture content quickly and accurately has been attracted by a lot of people, also has been a very important and hot research subject.In this paper a new and fast measurement technology for grain moisture content based on555timer and MCU was proposed, we present how the system works and introduce the components of control system, including hardware part and software part of control system.The signal conditioning circuit and circuit diagram of each function module are focused on in the hardware part. In the same time, the program flow chart of each module and the note of important program are introduced in the software part. We used an ATmega128MCU as the processor of the system and a LCD128*64as the display device to meet the demand of online detection of grain moisture content. The propose provides a new solution for the fast and high-precision detection of grain moisture content.The control system for this new grain moisture content on-line measurement instrument is designed and developed based on the ATmega128microprocessor of AVR microcontroller which is from Atmel Corporation. According to the standard of the microcontroller development, firstly the overall design program of hardware and software is created based on the analysis of system functional requirement. Secondly detailed design method and solution for each function module of the system are discussed by way of modularization design technology. And relative circuit schematic, program algorithm and key program notes are illustrated in detail. The design and implement of control system initialization module, temperature data acquisition and processing module, grain moisture data acquisition and processing module, display module, keyboard module, motor control module, buzzer module, communication module are the key contents in the paper. |
