The Research On Detection Methods Of Electromagnetic Wave For Granary Storage Moisture In Reflection-Transmission Type

Grain moisture is also an important indicator of the detection of grain. It affects the quality ofgrain. Although the traditional methods can only meet the need of accurate; In recent years,although the method that using the sensor to measure grain moisture is proposed, but we need tobring equipment into the granary to detect the content of water, not only destroyed theenvironment of grain storage, but also very troublesome, we must take a great deal of manpowerand material resources. If we can detect the moisture content of stored grain outside the granary,it is a very good way. This paper presents a new method that can detect the water of the storedgrain. We can get the image of the contiguous area with detection equipment outside the granary.It is a nondestructive manner to detect water continuous region imaging.The main contents:(1)Based on the RIS-K2radar system, we can know that the theory of detecting the grainmoisture is feasibility, according to the electromagnetic properties of grain;(2)We researched the several theoretical basis, development status and progress of severalelectromagnetic topographies. And providing a theoretical basis for the application of thetomography method in this article;(3)Analysis the ray theory, a variety of ray tracing method, features, and implementation steps;improving the wavefront method, that is, using equation of the travel time position correction ofthe refraction point to improve the tracking accuracy, and analyzing the first arrival judgmentand extraction in-depth;(4)Using of the joint wave velocity tomography, attenuation tomography constructtomography forward model, using a variety of image reconstruction method to solve, andanalyze the comparative advantages and disadvantages of a variety of reconstruction methods;Improving LSQR method, reducing the CPU memory, increase the speed;(5)Using the filtering method and cluster analysis to process the reconstructed image, set upthe experimental platform, to detect the granary moisture, verify the feasibility of topographicimaging.We successfully put CT technology from medical to apply to the measurement of grainmoisture, not only the positions of detection, but also to protect the environment of the granary.On-line measurement is very convenient and quickly. Grain moisture detection has laid a foundation in the field of tomography technology, and also provides the new methods and ideas.
