The platform can be used to realizepurchase planning, purchasing plans’ inquiry, changing of purchasing plans, purchasingresults management and purchasing contracts’ drafting. There are also some otherfunctions. The using of this platform can cut down purchasing costs, prevent unethicaltrades during the purchasing process, and improve management level and efficiency andso on. It can also simplify the purchasing cycle and operating difficulties. |
