Nowadays most of the medical institutions of various medical data accumulatedappear surge, the surge in data behind many of the useful information. However,hospital cumulative data processing has remained mostly on the level of operationaltransaction processing based on database technology, generally in accordance with therelational structure is stored in the effective storage, update, delete, reduce redundantdata, outstanding performance, specific application services, data entry, query, simplestatistics, such as a lower level of function can be efficiently implemented. It is based on theneeds, business intelligence applications came into being in the hospital.Medical systems BI data analysis platform for practical for some large andmedium-sized hospitals decision support system, it provides the analysis of thematicanalysis of the data, reports and charts and other functions. This article is based on B/S structure, using the Java applet technology, the use of self-development platform toachieve system function to the constructor of data marts and OLAP multidimensionaldata analysis. Needs analysis that the core function of the ETLprocess and multidimensional data analysis and reporting.
