SIEMENS company in highpower electronic device products of ac frequency conversion system is advanced. The researchand development of ac frequency conversion control system has the better characteristics withdc speed control system, will eventually replace dc speed control system in the future.Thesis content is oil rig drilling industry control system of the key technology of research.Tothe hardware structure of the system, the choice of agreement to meet the system requirements,how to choose the OLM can ensure a stable system module described in detail, and the system inthe process of operation failure analysis, and find out the elimination method. This design keypoints mainly has: the selection and design of main loop, USS/Profibus-DP protocol choose, OLMof the selection of the optical fiber and module, the using of the back server software set, theconfiguration of the PLC, frequency converter communication board and mainboardcommunication port, inverter of main electric elements selection and use, the system of inspectionand testing before the operation and operation appeared in the process of failure and the treatmentmethod. After the rig control’s design and practical use, compared with dc system, personnelmaintenance time reduced greatly, staff work to sharply reduce labor intensity, the drill control isstable and reliable, and information clear, safety protection setting overall, and can satisfy thedesign requirements of the drilling process, the field use excellent response. |
