With the rapid development of freeway construction of our country, the freewayinfrastructure management systems are increasingly sophisticated. Freeway videomonitoring system, as the important component of the management system, is developingto direction of network, informatization and intelligence. At the same time, with theformation of the freeway networks of province, the adjacent sections of freeway networkbecome more and more relevance. It is very important to share and mutual control videoresources between the adjacent sections. With the video resources and users increasingafter the freeway video monitoring system network, how to carry out the effectivemanagement domain grading points formed due to multi-stage server cascade has becomea serious problem.First, this paper introduces the development actuality and trends of freeway videomonitoring system network, for the new requirement of video monitoring system afternetwork, compares and analyzes the traditional streaming media distribution architecture,and proposes a freeway video monitoring system architecture based C/M/S architecture,after that, focuses on the construction and implementation of multi-stage real-timestreaming media distribution server. In order to fully reduce server network burden andimprove the real-time performance of streaming data distribution and forwarding for largequantities of concurrent accesses, the paper analyses the design and implementation ofserver distribution and receiver receive and the connection management of multi-stageserver.Finally, the paper describes the system test, including test environment, test contentand test results. Analyzes and solves the problem of streaming packet loss during the test.Eventually, after system testing and acceptance testing, the system function andperformance are achieved. At present, the system had actually been used in freewaymonitoring and stable operation.
