| With the sixth speed-raising of the railway, the main routes begin to run at a highspeed of200km per hour, the security of train operation control system is more and moreimportant, also, data communication between the trains is more and more frequent. Withthe widely application of computer technology in railway system, the traincommunication network and control system become an indispensable key technology inhigh-speed train control system. As the rapid development of microelectronic technology,computer technology, and digital transmission technology, the demand of designing andimplementing our own secure and stable train traffic network equipment is growing.In this paper, the design of MVB and HDLC communication module hardwaresystem based on embedded system is introduced, this system is applied to implementMVB and HDLC bus data communications which are specified by the TCN protocol. Thehardware platform contains high-capacity memory, high-performance processors and avariety of common peripheral bus interfaces, which can be achieved a variety of bus datainteraction.This paper analyzes the train operating environment to determine temperature range,earthquake resistance and lightning proof design of the hardware running environment;ARM is used as the core processor, contrasting the differences between differentprocessors and FPGA and ARM is used as the hardware platform,accordingto requirements of technical requirement; The hardware interface requirement of MVBbus and HDLC bus is briefly introduced; discussed in detail about the overall systemdesign, hardware module design, bus interface design and hardware debug with widecoverage.After extensive analysis and feasibility studies, a set of MVB and HDLC bus accessmodule based on TCN protocol is designed and implemented in this paper, whichachieved data transceiver function of MVB and HDLC bus. Meanwhile, it provides CANbus and RS485bus for other control devices to data exchange. The communicationmodule is stably and reliably working, each target satisfies the request. It passed theproject approval smoothly. |
