The recent information disclosure events make people worry about the future ofInformatization. In2011,77million Sony PlayStation Network user data was exposed byhacker, famous Chinese forum CSDN’s account data was published to the public. Thedevelopment of computer technology requires us to digitize more important data, but ourcorresponding data protection facility is not well prepared. As an important branch ofinformation security research, covert communication aims to ensure information securityby hiding the transmission process.Covert communication research mainly focuses on covert channel, steganography, anonymity and digital watermark. After40years development, researchers havediscovered various of covert channels and steganography methods as well as detection andprevention methods. Recent years, many information encoding technologies wereintroduced into this field to improve transmission efficiency, enhance data security andincrease system stability. By now, researchers have almost improved single covert channelcapacity to its supremum, and provide parameters estimation method for classic covertchannels like JitterBug.If we could use the transmission ability of multiple covert channels, we can move theoverall transmission capacity to a new stage. Public key encryption architecture useasymmetric encryption key. As it provides good protection for decryption key, it is a goodsolution for covert communication scenario. RS code is an error-correcting code with highencoding efficiency and strong random error-correcting ability; it is a good solution forcovert communication system with unstable channels as it can distribute data uniformly. With the methods list above, we build a covert communication system based on multiplecovert channels. In experiment, our system shows great advantage over single channelsystem on transmission capacity in a three covert channels scenario. But more channelsmake our system easier to be discovered, and it is not suitable for scenarios where wardenswill cut down all communication channels once exposed.
