With the rapid development of information and computer technology, digital officehas been widely used in the fields of military, government and enterprise etc. It canimprove the efficiency of the work, optimize the cost and also it can bring businessbenefits for enterprises, improve their competiveness. However, besides its conveniencethe digital office brings a lot of security issues like the fake of identity, violation ofauthorization, information theft and so on.In view of the existing security problems, the concept of security office has beenproposed and a system platform has been designed and implemented in the paper. Thesystem solved the security problems of digital office from the aspects of authentication,access control, behavior monitoring and security transport etc. In this way, the systemmakes up for the defects and deficiencies of digital office and makes it more secure andreliable.In authentication, the system uses fingerprint and digital certificate authentication.The modules of the fingerprint registration, fingerprint verification, CA and certificateverification has been designed and implemented. Role-Based Access Control model wasused to control the access of documents and hardware interface on the computer. Also,we used hook and multithreading technology to monitor the key behaviors like fileoperation, window procedure, printing and USB interface. In additional, Secure SocketsLayer protocol was used to set up a secure channel for data transmitting.
