| Flight Test is considered to be a kind of system engineering with features of hightech, high risk and extremely complex, and dealing with the test and certification ofaviation vehicle, airborne equipments, engine and weapon system. Test data aretypically acquired by Airborne installed Flight Test Instrumentation System consistingof sensors, signal conditioners, universal or customized Data Acquisition Unit, DataRecorder, Time synchronization sub-system and telemetry transmitting sub-system. Aspart of Flight Test Instrument system, DFTI(Digital Flight-control Interface)AcquisitionUnit is normally sorted as a kind of customized Data Acquisition Unit.This paper firstly introduce the functions and principles of the DFTI(DigitalFlight-control Interface) Acquisition Unit and show us the technical specification.Secondly the general design of the DFTI Acquisition Unit and the key technology areillustrated, including the construction of internal bus, the hardware and softwareimplementation of SOPC system based on FPGA, development of communication ofthe terminal and the upper machine USB2.0interface circuit, the design of1553B busdata demodulation circuit, the design of GPS time signal demodulation code circuit, andso on. At the same time, it is composed of the four boards, including control board, I/Oboard, data receiving board and the power board, design and the function realizationboard are introduced. In the commissioning process, the use of the software tools arebriefly introduced.In the last section of this paper, a brief introduction of the test procedures and testresults of the DFTI Acquisition Unit are presented, and some thinking on futureimprovement of system performance are highlighted. |
