| In the modern communication technology, with the development of broadbandhopping and spread spectrum technology, multi-band, multi-function and broadbandradio will be widely used. The hopping rate are increasing and the hopping range aregetting more and more wide. In addition, about some work platforms, if severalantennas are set in a small space, mutual interference will seriously affect thecommunication quality, which also requires the reserch on broadband antennas.In this paper, based on the introduction and summary of the current short-wavebroadband antenna technology, the loaded antenna technology and broadband matchingnetworks are mainly studied for the broadband short-wave antenna design. Theelectrical characteristics of short-wave antenna on different ground are also studied inthis paper.The whip antenna and normal-mode helical antenna loaded with resistive load andresistive-reactance mixed load are studied and analyzed. By optimizing the values oflumped elements and loading position,the variation of the impedance tends to be flat inthe whole band.The basic theory of broadband matching networks and computer-aided designmethods are introduced in this paper. The real frequency method is mainly illustratedand applied to design the short-wave broadband antenna matching network. The loadedshort-wave antenna with the optimized broadband matching network can have a broadbandwidth.This paper discussed the method to describe the characteristics of the ground bydifferent electrical parameters. Short-wave antennas on different ground are modeledand simulated to analyze the influence of different electrical parameters on electrical ofthe antenna and the variation of electrical characteristics with parameters of the ground. |
