First, analyze the business flow, and create the system requirementmodel using UML. Then finish the detail design of the system functions. Finally,complete the system function modules including the housing project processmanagement, the house information management, the selection housing management,the older house management, the financial management, the administrative managementand the system management etc. based on Oracle database and JSP developmentlanguage. During the process of the development, realize the dynamically setting ofmulti-parameters for the worker score calculation, finish the automatic score calculatingand sorting, and embed the video conferencing into the system to realize the real-timeremote synchronization choosing room. Finally, form a dynamic management datacenter and working platform of the infrastructure housing information.After a housing management system infrastructure fully tested to achieve thesystem design, and has been put into use, The application results show that the systemcan not only provide comprehensive, real-time, accurate information on housingmanagement infrastructure, but also improve the work efficiency greatly.
