Design And Implementation Of Housing Security Management System For Families With Housing Difficulties

The works managed by the Zibo City Housing Management Bureau,such as the divis:ion of difficult housing areas,the application for housing for families with housing difficulties by the Civil Affairs Bureau,the reduction of difficult housing tax points by the Local Taxation Bureau,the provision of poverty certificates by the community neighborhood committees,and the initial review of applications require close contact between various departments and multi-faceted communication.Nowadays,the existing housing security management system for housing difficulties is in contact with various government departments.The procedures are time-consuming and the staff operating system is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Therefore,in view of the existing shortcomings,this paper designs and develops a housing security management system for housing difficulties which is suitable for the current social environment.In the design process of the housing security management system for housing difficulties,it uses JAVA language for programming,which has high universality and strong plasticity.In the application layered development,the system adopts the MVC mode,which can reduce the dependency between layers and facilitate the advantages of standardization.The design and implementation of the system is based on the SSH framework.The Struts framework is mainly responsible for the application layer;Spring plays the role of management container in the SSH architecture;Hibernate is mainly used in the persistence layer.The flow of the SSH framework is:Jsp page-Struts-Service(business logic processing class)-Hibernate.In addition,according to the business needs of data processing in the housing security management system for housing difficulties,the database of the system is selected from SQL Server2014.The functions realized by the housing security management system for housing difficulties include:protection of projects,protection of housing,security objects,security services,security plans,and management of funds.The protection of the housing is mainly responsible for the registration of the real estate after the completion of the project and the registration of the replacement housing for the family.The guaranteed housing mainly includes operations such as housing warehousing,housing management,and statistical reports.The target of protection is mainly responsible for the difficult households who need protection,the difficult households who apply for protection,and the hard-to-reach households that have been guaranteed.The main function of the guarantee business is to review and accept the information on the family status of the applicants and the follow-up of the later results.The protection plan is mainly to complete the annual assessment of housing security work,and to check the achievement of indicators.The design and implementation of the housing security management system for housing difficulties has saved the staffs formalities for reviewing procedures and greatly improved work efficiency.It assists the various departments to unite and brings the gospel to the housing security management of families with housing difficulties.
