The timing control system for radar signal processing is an important guaranteefor the normal functioning of the radar signal processing system. With the continuousdevelopment of technology, the complexity of the radar signal processing system iscontinuous to improve, which brings about a higher demand on the concrete realizationof the timing control system. Therefore, the radar designers pay more and moreattention to the design of multi-function timing control.In this paper, several parts of the radar multi-function timing control based onNios â…¡ soft-core which mainly includes the concrete realization of control co mmandsand control timing sequences together with the alignment of data communicationmodule and the result postponement is discussed. First of all, the overall scheme of thesystem according to the need of the system is designed, simultaneously, the specificrealization of each module is discussed. Then, the hard design of each module in themulti-function timing control panel is provided. At the end of the paper, the logicrealization of each module in the system is introduced indetail, what s more, the actualresults of each module is analysised. The test results show that stability, powerconsumption and compatibility of the system meet the requirements.
