Research And Design Of The College Equipment Management System

So far, our college equipment management is mainly based on a manual and artificial equipment management mode, and this management mode has many shortcomings, such as low execution efficiency, long life cycle, huge data and information redundancy, very slow, etc. The development of computer technologies, network technologies and information management technologies can solve and improve the deficiencies of the traditional equipment management mode.This paper focuses on the problems of the traditional management model, and it does research on equipment management program, popular computer technologies and network technologies research. It also builds a WEB-based equipment management system with B/S structure, which is used to replace the traditional equipment management methods.This paper firstly describes methods and models of standardized equipment management system, combining with the actual situation of our college to find a feasible equipment management mode; secondly, it studies the feasibility of the equipment management system; then it establishes the process of equipment management based on the summary of equipment operation management and related theories, and it designs the WEB-based equipment management program; again, it does requirement analysis on the equipment management system development, and it analyzes the WEB-based equipment management information system through requirement analysis methods and flow charts, data flow diagram, ER diagram and other system analysis methods; then, it decomposes and designs system function modules, and it divides the system into user management module, equipment application configuration management module, equipment procurement management module, equipment inspection management module, modules asset management module, equipment distribution management module, device statistics management module, equipment classification management module, equipment scrap management module, system maintenance module, and a set of data tables are designed. The existing system model combining with actual situation achieves implementation with B/S mode. Popular and maturing computer network and database development technologies are used in this paper, B/S architecture and ASP.net technology development are adopted, Microsoft SQL2003are used as backstage database, ADO component technology is used to access, and WEB-based equipment management system is implemented.This equipment management system implements effective management to equipment management processes of our college, and it can also monitor equipment resource information, usage situation and status, which can increase management efficiency and equipment utilization.
