Therefore, to develop a friendly interface, easy online training system for knowledge acquisition and training of employees to become extremely important.B/S structure of the system developed most of the functionality on the server side implementation, the client can reduce the work load and stress, these are the C/S structure of the system cannot be met. the system B/S model is designed to help solve the client to run due to configuration issues affecting low, At the same time, the system uses a three-tier application architecture based on MVC. This architecture is easy to implement the business logic and presentation layer separation, the application system to help improve the scalability and reusability.When implemented in the system, mainly based on Struts2and Spring two great framework for building the development of human resources management system framework, and based on that framework with Java language implementation background functions, using JSP, CSS, JavaScript etc for front page display, using jQuery, AJAX implementation of asynchronous data interaction, enhancing the user experience when using a JDBC Data Source implementation SQL Server2008database connections, and data persistence, use AOP for transaction processing, and further enhance program stability. Struts2interceptor and Spring dependency injection and transaction management application, the program minimizes the coupling between modules, enhanced code portability, maintainability, and system stability and robust performance, and so on.The contents of this paper is to design a Java B/S structure of the computer based training system, according to the actual needs of the workers and personnel training, you can basically achieve the functionality required of employees, training teachers and administrators. Experiments and test run results show that the system is fully functional, reasonable structure. Easy to operate, able to meet the daily needs and the demand on the staff training and development, can better improve the quality of training, and promote the upgrading and development of enterprise strength.
