This architecture is easy to implement the business logic and presentation layer separation, the application system to help improve the scalability and reusability.When implemented in the system, mainly based on Struts2and Spring two great framework for building the development of human resources management system framework, and based on that framework with Java language implementation background functions, using JSP, CSS, JavaScript etc for front page display, using jQuery, AJAX implementation of asynchronous data interaction, enhancing the user experience when using a JDBC Data Source implementation SQL Server2008database connections, and data persistence, use AOP for transaction processing, and further enhance program stability. Struts2interceptor and Spring dependency injection and transaction management application, the program minimizes the coupling between modules, enhanced code portability, maintainability, and system stability and robust performance, and so on.The contents of this paper is to design a Java B/S structure of the computer based training system, according to the actual needs of the workers and personnel training, you can basically achieve the functionality required of employees, training teachers and administrators. Experiments and test run results show that the system is fully functional, reasonable structure.
