With the rapid development of computer technology, the Internet has penetratedinto people’s work and life in social. Information is showing a strong vitality inproduction and operation of electricity enterprises. It has become the only way for thedevelopment of electric power enterprise. In the context of the smart grid, the trainingof traditional power companies also requires information and intelligence. The OnlineTraining System for Power Plant not only can improve the efficiency of power plant,but also can save the costs of enterprise training.In this paper, it combine the training of power plant, it has a feasibility analysis.It design the overall functionality of the online training system for power plant thoughthe requirements analysis. It designs the system in detail using software engineeringideas. In the database, it designs the data sheet used in system according to therequirements of system and the E-R diagram. The system achieve automatic test papercomposition based on genetic algorithms, it improve the efficiency of the training andexamination.In this paper, it developed the system in B/S architecture using ASP.NET andSQL SERVER2008under the.NET Framework4.0. This system is working as atraining support system in the experimental stage. The system will be improved in thefuture.
