The CNC Training Room Customer Service Support System Development And Implementation

Present occupation college laboratory management, equipment maintenance, technical force is weak, it is difficult to practice teacher shortage and other factors, led to the equipment utilization rate is low, the maintenance cost is high, the training effect poor condition, urgent need to find a more scientific, advanced, effective management methods to change. In this paper, relying on the Jiangxi provincial business school numerical control laboratory equipment support center convenient communication network, development of the NC training room customer service support system, provides point-to-point voice, video and text transmission function and PTZ camera rotation control and zoom function.The system is based on the C/S structure, audio and video encoding, decoding algorithm used H.264software encoding, decoding technology, a window frame by using MFC dialog application structure, network communication technology is through the use of DSocket development based on TCP/IP connection oriented communication mode, video capture technology is used in the VFW API video capture, and using the multi thread design, audio capture and playback are in separate threads to complete, and the rotating lens zoom program design.The system is mainly composed of a communication connection module, audio and video information interaction module, control module and system management module. The use of the system, breaking the traditional NC training room management, through the network broadcast real-time customer video, see the other side of the state of the device, can be on-site guidance customer related operation, reduces the numerical control equipment maintenance cost, improve training quality, for the occupation school training room management to provide technical support, with practical application value, PTZ camera control is also the innovation of this paper.
