Design And Realization Of Teaching Management System

Teaching management in colleges and universities is the one of important functions of management. With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the difficulty of the teaching management are also increasing. Along with society’s information, computer and network is slow penetration each domain, teaching management system in such environment born. A good teaching management system can simplify the academic affairs management, can reduce the burden of the educational administration personnel, can increase the students the concept of informatization, to achieve good teaching results provide the basis. Therefore, research and development of teaching management system has a practical value.In this paper, Nanchang University GongQing College teaching management demand as the background, combined with our teaching management of the actual demand, study design a C/S structure and B/S structure combination of teaching management system. This system USES a unified modeling language UML to system analysis and design, in the ASP.NET platform on the use of VB language to development program, use the ACCESS database to design background database, use ADO.NET as the linking of database interface for system development.This system including students management, teacher management, curricula-variable management, course arrangement, examination management, grade management and system management part. The choice of the process and management module is studied, the detailed expounds elective module of the voluntary screening algorithm for classification". The use of this system will make our institute of teaching management personnel from the cockamamie teaching management freed, to ease their burden, and realize the partial information sharing and unified management, as well as all levels of management to provide an efficient office procedures to achieve our school information management.
