The Research Of Constructing Campus TV At The Point Of Promoting College Campus Culture

Campus Culture is an important part of contemporary social culture. And it’s the keyfactor to realizing a school value and successful teaching. The construction of CampusCulture has already become the important cut-in point of seeking the breakthrough anddevelopment of all schools. Campus TV, as a traditional college media, which has strongcommunication advantages, should play an increasing role in promoting the construction ofcampus culture. This paper contains the building program of campus television and makessome practice in the television of Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute. We try to find asuitable mode of operation for campus TV, which will make good effects on the constructionof campus culture.Firstly, the paper theoretically explains the basic concept of campus culture, alsointroduces its characteristics and functions. Secondly, this paper discusses the relationshipbetween campus culture and campus TV. At the same time, it points out the problem of the oldmode of operation of campus television. In the third part, this paper proposes a new buildingprogram of campus TV in its organizational structure, program design and production, anddigitalization. Through staged practice, it proves that the program has achieved effects to acertain degree and some problem too.It has proved through staged research analyses that the program is feasible and also canimprove the function of the campus television, thus make a strong support for booming thecampus culture, creating a good campus cultural atmosphere and forming healthy campusspirit.
