Graduation design is an indispensable part in the process of university personnel training,in which the topic is very important. The key to the success of graduation project is how to make its topic process more open, fair and impartial, and provide teachers, students and managers with convenient, scientific and reasonable mode operation.This system uses B/S structure, whose development tool is SQL+Dreamweaver+ASP. The paper focuses on the management system of graduation project’s topics:it includes requirements analysis, architecture design, the module functional design, database design, system implementation, system testing, etc. The main function of the system includes user registration, user management, system settings, graduation project information into the file upload and download, announcement management functions, and so on. This system is divided into three roles:administrators, teachers and students. After the trial, the system is in line with the requirements of the university’s graduation design topic, and has some practical value.
