With the rapid development of information technology, Office Automation (OA) has been gradually developed and tended to be perfect. Especially in recent years, office automation has penetrated in various field, demonstrated its strong advantages and gradually replaced the traditional office mode. However, in our education field, due to its special characteristics and commercial indifference, the application of office automation is superficial. Booming in education today, traditional management model has been unable to meet the needs of the times, especially in secondary school management, the business complexity and advanced network requires an office automation system, and that is almost blank in China’s universities. Building an office automation system that is high-quality and corresponding to the internal actual situation of the college is an important part of the college establishment, and it is a sign of development status of a college. Building office automation is imperative.Based on the analysis of office automation needs of Foundation College in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, this dissertationaims to build the college office automation system. The target system with a simple interface is full-featured, and easy to maintain. The system is composed of system management platform, project management platform, library management platform, personnel management platform and office supplies for approval management platform. It can meet the basic needs of college office informative management and social development.The system uses C#, ASP.net for language development, and MySQL Server2005for database management. Experimental and testing result shows that the system performance is extremely stable and fast. The system can meet common user requirement, and highly valuable in commerce.
