| The training and evaluation of faculty members is an important business component in the internal management work of vocational colleges.It has a great importance to improve the overall efficiency of staff training evaluation and to promote the overall quality of the staff of the vocational college and the quality of the training work.The number of faculties of Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation has grown rapidly in recent years,there are problems such as low working efficiency,excessive human participation,cumbersome evaluation process and lack of integrated storage tools in the effectiveness evaluation and management of employee training,which is not conducive to the orderly development of teaching staff training.Aiming at the above problems,the following research works are focused on in this thesis:(1)According to the examination management activities of the college,the specific work process and the deficiencies of problems are discussed.At the same time,according to the overall plan of internal business informatization,the functional development goals and other requirements of the staff examination management system are put forward.(2)The whole technical scheme of the system is designed and developed by using MVC three-layer design mode,ASP.NET Web development technology and SQL Server database development technology.The functional structure of the system is divided into modules such as user login management,online test management,test paper management,information query and system management.(3)The function and performance testing work of the system are analyzed in detail.According to the system test results,the system meets the intended target of functional development,and can meet the predetermined performance requirements in terms of concurrent capacity,response time and resource occupancy rate.The examination management system has been launched in college internal application,which solved the problems of lacking the examination management information tools in the management work as well as the low efficiency of the overall staff training testing management business. |
