Design And Implementation Of The Office System Based On The Jiujiang Vocational University

With the popularity of computer and network technology in universities, the universities have built their own network and fully or partially built their own digital campus. The Office System is a part of the Digital Campus of Jiujiang Vocational College. The research purpose of Office Systems is to change the poor management, to provide the knowledge base and success stories for realizing the comprehensive modernization, resource utilization and networking in our college’s management. It helps the subject developers to enhance the ability of founding the problems, analyzing the problems and problem-solving skills, and to improve the knowledge structure of the Project developers, and improve their operational capacity, and it reaches the organic combination of teaching, researching and developing to improve the work and improve the efficiency. At the same time, the personnel occupation technical level has improved and the project development team has trained.This thesis describes how we develop the Office Systems which is based on B/S architecture by using UML, ColdFusion and Access database. The Jiujiang Vocational College Office Systems achieves file management, document management, funds management and other functions. First of all, we introduce what is the UML、 B/S、 MVC、 ColdFusion and ACCESS and what is Their respective advantages and why become the office system development technology and tools. Secondly, we collect the functional requirements of the Office System which achieves file management, document management, and the convert the functional requirements into the use case diagram, and collect non functional requirements of system. Once again, we describe the office system with UML and obtain the system deployment diagram, system module structure diagram, state diagram, sequence diagram etc. we describe the database operation of the office system about file management, document management, funds management and obtain the ER diagram of the corresponding module. ER diagram can be converted to the corresponding key table. Then, we detail design the Office Systems which achieves file management, document management, funds management and other functions. We obtain the module flow chart and key code. Finally, the Office Systems which achieves file management, document management, funds management and other functions. It adopts unit testing and integration testing. It adopts performance testing.we evaluate the tests. The results of the tests are satisfactory. Office system overcomes the drawbacks and limitations, to avoid the interference of human factors, at the same time as the Jiujiang Vocational College digital campus can provide reliable data.
