The airborne integrated display control system is the center subsystem of theairborne test station, it’s also the information processing, transmission and displaycenter of the plane. The importance is self-evident, the working stability related to theoperation of the whole airborne test station. Therefore, fast and accurate fault locationand gives the solution method for the airborne integrated display control system becomeurgent need of equipment safeguard department.According to the methods single and inexperienced issue of previous detection forthe integrated display control system, from the view of employ and combat, the in-depthstudy of the integrated display control system, realized the work of fault detectionutilizing expert system and fault tree analysis method. The main work and achievementof the paper as follows:(1) A special testing software suitable for the airborne integrated display controlsystem was developed, the faults can be detected and located fast and accurate. Theadverse effect inspired with fault detection untimely of test and training task was solvedeffectively.(2) Utilizing expert system and fault tree analysis method, the system can locatethe fault node in line with different fault phenomenon, and provide the correspondingsolution scheme, realized the fault detection work of equipment successfully.(3) Developed a testing program, the program can analog send data of the wholesystem or certain device to certain port on the basis of certain format, and detect thereceive and process capacity of the airborne integrated display control system.(4) Developed a database management system, the system integrated mass of faultphenomenon and solution scheme, it can provide ideas for detection person, and thesystem possess extendibility.The thesis’s research possess good promotion value for the detecting andmonitoring of the other airborne equipment.
