| At the end of the last century, building ceramics industry of China has beendeveloped rapidly, the level of manufacturing technology improve continuously,and now become the world’s largest architectural ceramics production base,Butin the ceramic tile packaging and palletizing process, ceramic productionenterprises still use the traditional manual way, large labor intensity, lowefficiency, small breakage for tiles cannot realize online detection. Therefore, itis urgent to develop a kind of automatic packing and palletizing equipment toreplace the manual operation.In this paper, take the ceramic tile packaging technology as the study object,designed a set of detection, wrapping, bundling and automatic palletizing intoone packaging systems. when system packaging, the first part of system separatethe tiles by the number of each packet, after alignment the tiles was sent to thedetecting part for image acquisition, send the information to PC by PIC bus, anddetect the damage of ceramic tiles. In wrapping links, system place angle andfold carton, Pack the carton by strapping module, finish the packing tasks.Through a clip claw which have two degrees of freedom on level and vertical torealize ceramic tiles palletizing. Control system adopts modular design concept,to achieve communication between modules. Wrap and stacking part uses theservo control technology, to meet the high precision positioning and control.The system with automatic packing and palletizing function, can displayreal-time running status, statistical information and real-time process adjustmentfunction. a large number of experiment data show that the precision of thedetection system:The production rate is10bags/min;the failure rate is less than 2%; position deviation less than5mm. System is stable, applicable to a varietyof polished tiles, antique brick tiles and polished glaze. The system can meet therequirements of mass production of ceramic tile, reducing the labor intensity,improving the efficiency of production and the level of automation. |
