At present,with the rapid development of China 's industry,the use of automated production lines is becoming more and more extensive.Especially,the "made in China2025" proposed by the state points out that relying on the advantages of enterprises,it is necessary to build intelligent factories / digital workshops in key areas by closely following the key process intelligence,key post robot substitution,and intelligent optimal control of production process.As the integration of various technologies,the automatic production line is constantly updated with the progress of various technologies.For example,the robot is only used for carrying and expanding the fields of spraying,welding,and even screening from the beginning;the product identification from handwritten label to strip code,two-dimensional code,RFID,the recognition efficiency is faster and faster.But we should also see that there are a large number of non automated production lines in our country at this stage.The production efficiency of these production lines is low,which can not meet the rapid development of the market.With the continuous and substantial increase of market demand for dishwasher,MD company's dishwasher liner production line began to highlight the problem that it can not meet the market demand.In order to effectively improve this problem,this thesis takes the automatic production line of dishwasher liner as the research object,designs an automatic production line to improve the production efficiency to meet the market demand.The main research contents include:(1)Starting with the dishwasher liner products,this thesis analyzes and designs its technological process,and analyzes the feasibility of the automation of the designed production process.According to the analysis of the automation demand of the main equipment of the production line,and according to the market forecast analysis,calculate the beat transformation demand of the automatic line,redefine the beat of the production line based on this demand,and carry out the overall design of the automatic production line.(2)Carry out automatic production evaluation for the designed production process,and carry out process design for multiple processes requiring automatic production to ensure that automation can be realized;.(3)According to the principle and method of beat optimization,the post beat is redesigned.At the same time,in order to meet the requirements of automatic production,according to the site layout and other conditions,the robot selection is carried out,and in order to meet the requirements of taking and placing products between processes,the robot supporting fixture is designed,so that the whole production line can meet the set requirements.(4)According to the control requirements of the tank automatic production line,according to the characteristics of its multi equipment and multi robot,the Q series PLC of Mitsubishi is used for the main control design,and the whole production line is controlled by the central scheduling mode.After debugging and implementation,the automatic production line studied in this thesis can replace the previous manual production line.It reduces 50% of the staff,improves the production efficiency and achieves the expected effect of the project.
