| The geometric dimensioning measurement system of steel plate is based on image visualmeasurement technique, and set optical technology, electronic technology, computertechnology and measurement technology as a whole.Because of bad working environment andworkers are easy to fatigue,the artificial detection speed is slow and difficult to ensure theaccuracy of measurement,this equiment can solve these problems and promote factoryautomation and unmanned.At the same time, the real-time on-line detection can timely foundthe problem, adjust production equipment process parameters, improve the quality of theproducts.This paper uses the aera array CCD sensor and image capture card to build the signalacquisition device to proceed the image acquisition of the plate,obtain the opticalinformation of geometrical characteristics of the steel plate and then converted intoelectrical signal to the computer to read and recognize.Then program in Visual Basic6.0andMatlab8.0platform,completed the online display, image acquisition, online and offlineimage processing, data recording and display, image essence to determine the length.Aftergraying,binarization, filtering processing, edge detection,weighting demarcate,obtain thegeometry size of the specimens, further digital processing will obtain the biggest cutting areaand cutting ways of the specimens.After programming,debug and optimizate the system to determine the optimal sizemeasurement procedures to produce the final geometry characteristics measuring system.Thenthe developed software system and the hardware part of the signal acquisition device,computer form a complete feature recognition system. Use this system to measure thesteel plate,correct set necessary external environment parameters for steel plate size andmeasurement error is calculated. Experimental results show that the program is running stable,measurement error is relatively small, high precision measurement. |
