In order to obtain multi-channel pressure data and the attitude data of the underwaterbody when navigate by water, this paper designed a pressure and attitude data recorder. It wasa synthetic testing equipment which had much function such as data acquired, data coded anddata stored. When the test was over, analysis can be down on the basis of the reclaim data.Introducing the research and development of data recorder at home and abroad first, thenanalyzed the key techniques and difficulties of the whole system, solution approach was putforward. The basic principle and plan were discussed. All the hardware and logic timing anddesign of anti-logger high overload and electromagnetic compatibility were discussed at theend.Because of the underwater environment, the interface circuit of the recorder waswaterproof designed. The collecting circuit was analysed detailed and optimized the designand increased the sampling rate. Reliable significant signal shake eliminating logic wasproved based on VHDL. The recorder that controlled by FPGA took Flash Memory as itsstorage medium. There were16sections in the Flash Memory, so the recorder can collect16times in succession. Moreover, water proofing was realized not only through structuredesigning but also hardware designing.The data recorder had been applied in underwater testing, and reclaiming successfully.
