Walked through the times of individual manual laboring and the times of machinery prod uction. human society come into an experience-age that use information product as a guide. In experience-age, consumers are no longer focus their attention merely on the styling design, fu nctional design. Instead, people begin to chase unprecedented new experience, that is,"touche d by body, and perceived by soul". In short, what consumers go after are spiritual needs and e motional needs. Traditional concept of industrial design is no longer meet the requirement of modem times, therefore we are thirsty for a brand-new designing concept to guide the product ion design, in which users, productions, and environment are interaction-related.Aiming at (the contradiction between better requirement of the traditional)cognitive product design philosophy and customer.Pioneer designer’s thoughts of interaction design are imported to industrial product design system in industrial design field, humanized and emotio nal interaction design being the main manner to solve it.Taking application of interaction design concept in product design as the breakthrough p oint, and based on understanding of interaction design’s core idea,industrial product design pr ocess that is based on ideas of interaction design will be analyzed in this essay.lt is put forwar d that interactive product design must be guided by theories of humanized and emotional inter action design. As a case analysis to museum sign design products, design principles and proc edures proposed, that attention should be paid to the psychological needs of users as well as function and usability, and interactive technology can be made use of appropriately to more ea sily infuse interactive ideas into our daily life.
