| In the era of experience economy, the museum,as a comprehensive cultural service institution that undertakes the responsibility of the times,is an important part of improving the public cultural service capacity and improving the discourse power and narrative level of Chinese culture. With the rapid development and popularization of new display technologies represented by AR and VR,the traditional, single and homogeneous content display methods in the current mainstream museums are gradually unable to meet the growing experience needs of the public. Therefore, this paper takes the museum AR guide system as the research object, with the help of the three-level theory of experience design,to explore the experience influencing factors and design strategies of the museum AR guide system. The subject tries to expand the brand communication breadth, content transmission depth and immersion interaction participation of the museum through the virtual space carried by AR technology, and then improve the full-link experience of the guide and the digital and intelligent construction level of the museum. The topic first focuses on the conceptual evolution, development context and trend of museum guide system and AR technology, and clarifies the conceptual boundary and research value of the research object. On this basis, the author discusses the necessity of applying AR technology to the museum guide system from the perspective of user experience upgrading, museum digital intelligence construction and cultural heritage inheritance and development, and proves the feasibility of applying AR technology to the guide system from three aspects:national social support, mature technology iteration, and museum construction trend.Secondly, the topic combed the core ideas and advantages and disadvantages of the five mainstream user experience models, and based on the three-level model of user experience that fits the research object as the theoretical basis, with the help of brainstorming and questionnaire survey, carried out a layer-by-layer extraction and classification study of user behavior and needs in the museum guide situation. At the same time,by mapping the hierarchical needs of user groups to the instinct level, behavior level and reflection level of the experience model, the author extracts the experience impact factors of the AR guide system in the digital age and analyzes them with a case. Then, with the help of the spatial distance characteristics of virtual and reality in the museum AR guide system, the subject divides the experience link into three stages: guided perception, content cognition and immersive interaction. At the same time, combining user behavior needs and AR guide experience elements, this paper proposes user experience design strategies for museum AR guide system at different stages from aspects of personalized navigation,multi-channel interaction, content delivery, and flow experience. Finally, the project took the Sanxingdui Museum as the object, designed and implemented the "Bronze Memory" AR application based on the Nreal platform, and conducted empirical quantitative research on the AR navigation process through questionnaires and user interviews, thereby verifying and reflecting on the experience design strategy produced by the project. |
