| With the financial market opening up, many foreign banks swarmed into china, they got equal treatments with domestic bank, in the financial market, the domestic banks and foreign banks are on fair competition, as strengthening the competitiveness of the bank is the first priority, and human resources plays an important role in bank competitiveness, so it’s required for every bank to build a performance appraisal system which can manage staffs with modern technologies, draw performance goals overall and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to enhance their core competitiveness.Because the banking business is constantly expanding, each business system are just built to satisfy current needs of business at the beginning, so the data structure and data quality between each system exist certain differences, these bring issues to integrate data and gather statistics, as data warehouse got good performance on integrating and managing different platforms’data and its widely used abroad, in recently years, domestic banks begin to build their own data warehouse, through these years of development, data warehouse got great advancement on its technologies, and it became the core platform of each bank, providing high quality data for application systems, so only the performance evaluation system based on data warehouse can maximize bank’s value, relate the staffs’performance with enterprise’s business achievement and constantly improve the bank’s core competitiveness.The paper shows the concepts of data warehouse, and research on designing and developing the data warehouse, with analyzing the requirements of bank, achieve the Performance Evaluation System based on data warehouse.The main work of the dissertation is:summarizes the fundamental concepts of data warehouse, discusses and researches the data warehouse system framework and design thinking, presents the model and the structures of the data warehouse, achieve the performance evaluation system based on data warehouse after analysis the requirements and design processes, the system evaluates staffs scientifically and reasonably.Finally, summarizes the construction of data warehouse and gives the outlook of its development in future. |
