The quality of teaching is the most important task of the Higher Vocational Colleges; course building become one of the important work of the teachers. The process of Teachers completed the course construction, the sharing of teaching resources has become a difficult problem to solve.Research and development of teaching the subject of the resource management platform is the basis of the information management up to solve the problem of teaching resources sharing. Teaching resource management platform is a set of resource upload, download, category management and other functions into one open management platform.Teaching resource management platform software system is a B/S-based architecture using Servlet and JSP technology development, in accordance with the analysis, design, software engineering, and the realization of the principle of order is complete.Needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, database ER diagrams, software testing technology are comprehensively used for software engineering research process.In system development process,the function of file’s upload and download based on Java web stream using, data byte stream in the form of network file transfer enhance the performance of resource upload and download. Storage management of resource classification is realized by the method of database and file folder associating.Using interceptors functions two level permissions management mode.The system uses the eclipse as a development tool, to use SQL Server2000as the back-end database.System architecture designed for the presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer development, all the business logic are achived in the business layer.The persistence layer development using advanced DAO encapsulation mode, database replacement is very convenient. The project has good cross-platform because of using Java technology development.The deployment and operation of teaching resource management platform can ffective use the campus network of colleges, share teaching resource,make sure to improve the quality of teaching.
