| The append and management of security classification label is the basis of multi-level security and hierarchy protection. Chinese government has specified concrete requirement on the information ranked security protection in the confidentiality, but there is no reliable technology currently. It is an exactly challenge for electronic document.This paper studies the binary image watermarking technology and the application of it in the security classification label. Firstly, the dynamic step-size is introduced to proposed algorithm to improve the robustness of watermarking. Secondly, based on the Haar wavelet transform, this paper improves the current binary image watermarking flippable pixels approach. Both the capability and the invisibility are better than traditional methods. Thirdly, based on ECC, a novel binary watermarking algorithm is proposed for tamper location. In the end, based on the watermarking technology, a security classification label append and management scheme for binary documents is proposed. |
