With the popularity of Internet of Things, Radio Frequency Identification is widelyapplied in many industries as the core technology. Passive UHF RFID tag attractsresearchers’ attention with much more advantages such as low cost, convenience, lightness and long identify distance. ISO/IEC18000-6C is one of the UHF RFIDInternational Standards. The Chinese Standard Agreement is published to promote theUHF RFID technology in China. This thesis introduces the agreement verification andfront-end circuit design of tag chip based the Chinese Standard. The verification method is brought forward after the comparison of the ChineseStandard and ISO/IEC18000-6C. Chip model is made to work as tag chip to verify eachcommands and the collision arbitration. The design and verification of chip model isintroduced in the thesis. The verification results show that the commands and collisionarbitration are feasible. The thesis also gives an introduction of tag chip front-end circuits. The structure, function, simulation results of every module are discussed. The circuits are simulatedbased on the Cadence Spectre Platform with the tsmc0.18um process. The module ofcurrent reference is discussed in details. In the end, the test method and results of front-end circuits of the taped-out chipsare given. The results indicate the design could meet the command.
