| As a large agricultural nation, China’s agricultural irrigation intelligent control technology is not mature, which lead to the slow process of agricultural modernization. This paper is to design a set of intelligent remote water supply management system, utilising "decentralized control, centralized management" scientific ideas, computer and single chip microcomputer control and cooperate with each other, to achieve the agricultural irrigation intelligent remote management.This paper takes agricultural irrigation intelligent remote Agricultural irrigation system as the research subject, a full understanding of the present situation of the agricultural irrigation technology at home and abroad, based on the adoption of advanced RFID radio frequency identification technology, and GPRS data packet radio communication technology. Considering of the remote water supply management system function requirement, this paper puts forward the solution of the system.The designing work of the whole system mainly includes singlechip hardware design, software design, and epistatic machine parts. Singlechip hardware part utilises STC11F60XE single chip microcomputer as control core of the system, designing the power circuit, RFID module circuit, button and alarm circuit, calendars, clock module circuit, GPRS communication circuit, and the display of module circuit. MAX232interfaces circuit hardware circuit, through the relay output control contactor, achieving the water pump motor start and stop the control. Singlechip software design using C language as a programming development software, a modular program structure, designing the key module procedures, RFID module procedures, calendar clock module procedures, GPRS module procedures, and the display of storage module procedures, etc, and writing the main system program, the five program module combination together, to achieve the overall function of the singlechip control system. PC remote management system works as a selection of Visual Basic programming software, the establishment of the background management database, the irrigation water information through the GPRS system to the database; Design management system controls the main window, provides friendly man-machine interface, management personnel to use a computer can convenient to water information statistics and inquiries, and achieve the agricultural irrigation water’s fine management.After finishing the design of the system, it carries out the installation debugging. Through the experiment show that the design of intelligent remote water supply management system can satisfy the functional requirement. The user brushes tariff card, and uses the keyboard to set water supply requirment. The system can automatically turn on and shutt off the water supply pump motor according to the water supply and storage information. PC management system can be convenient to make information statistics, quering, and achieve water management function. |
