China’s accession to the WTO means standing in a big market in the world.Yantai People’s Insurance Company needs a Sales staff and Team Management System which is able to handle and highlight characteristics in each filed of insurance, controlling each sale stage in the view of management, managing salesman, providing full services in training, before-sale, after-sale and commission settlement. To achieve this goal, we will take advantage of modern information processing technology and scientific ways to fully realize the requirements of the People’s Insurance Company of Yantai. Finally it established a complete set of sales staff and team management system and network in making management scientific, standardized, systematic and automated by using computers.This article is divided into the needs analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing, and discusses the complete process of construction and implementation. Sales staff and Team Management System of Yantai People’s Insurance Company uses J2EE architecture which is based on B/S, with the integration of Struts framework, Hibernate framework and Spring framework. In the requirements analyzing phase, use the UML use-case-analysis to describe the system functional requirements. At the same time, paper describes the functional requirements of the Sales staff and Team Management System’s use cases, creating system use-case diagram and analysis the use case.In the system designing phase, this paper introduces the system’s technical architecture, functional architecture, a technical architecture diagram and function structure diagram are showed in the paper too. System designs and descries system class design as well as draws out system class diagram and sequence diagram. System database designs and describes the concept of data model and physical structure. In system implementing phase, it describes the system functional realization, and gives the function realization rendering, activity diagram and function realization code. In system testing phase, it describes system functional test by testing the use case.Yantai People’s Insurance Company’s Sales staff and Team Management System are modeled on the Basic Law of the Insurance Company, in line with the requirements of the insurance company’s personnel management and sales team management, highlighting the various sales business’s characteristics and management style, it contains full functions with good scalability. The main users of the People’s Insurance Company of Yantai Sales Staff and Team Management System are staffs in all levels of management departments (sales management department) and sales team manager. The system provides recruitment, job cuts as well as routine maintenance of business staffs, which also forms data index set of sales team and business staffs.Querying and counting business personnel and sales team so that we can get the latest information; Supporting dynamic definition of calculation methods and management indicators. According to the investigation of the actual situation in Yantai People’s Insurance Company, it divides the process of personnel management into human resources management tips, add and audit personnel staff modify and failure of the operation, personnel inquiries and other four parts. Team management mainly includes reminding of the team management, adding methods of the team, team information’ maintenance and segment management.The design of this passage have been successfully tested in Yantai People’s Insurance Company’s Sales staff and Team Management’ work, which basically meet the daily needs and greatly improve the ability of the sales as well as staffs’ efficiency. |
